Customer Service Non Responsive.

I placed a large sock order with Blue & Yellow on a Sunday. Soon after submitting the order I realized I forgot to include the yellow socks. The same day I emailed customer care and kindly asked if the yellow socks could be added to my existing order and charged to the same payment method so I would not need to pay a separate fifteen dollar shipping fee.

By Thursday I still had not received a reply, so I sent a polite Facebook message as a follow up. It has now been about a week and a half and I have not heard from anyone by email or Facebook. I understand that teams can be busy, but timely and thoughtful communication is an important part of the experience.

I would appreciate help adding the yellow socks to my original order or waiving the second shipping charge. I enjoy your products and would like to keep ordering with confidence. I will gladly update this review once a team member reaches out and this is resolved.

These socks are so fun, and they wear like iron

I have two pairs of these wonderful socks, blue and orange, and I love them. They are so strong, yet they stay soft after multiple washings, still like new!
