Shipping policy

We stand by our #continentallycrafted commitment, even if it means we lose out on a large possible market for our clothes. This means we only ship within North America. There are certain duties that may attach (looking at you Canada!) but we love our continent, want others to put their money where their mouths are, and live by our word. (P.S. if you live outside of North America and are bummed to miss out, drop us an email and tell us where you are at. Who knows, we may be coming to your corner of the world soon enough...)(P.S.+ if you love our clothes and believe in what we stand for, don't be sneaky and order through your old friend who moved to Mexico City only to then ship your clothes back to London. Hey London – good things come to those who wait – and play by the rules.)

We offer free shipping on orders over $150. This excludes any duties that may be enforced for cross border shipments. All international orders will be shipped by ground and will be delivered duty free.

For orders placed within the United States, we will package and ship that order within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and very rare instances of human error. All orders come from our warehouse in the San Francisco Bay Area and are handled by real pro's. Once the order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to track its progress.
